We have been pleasantly surprised with how effective tennis balls are in getting the kinks out of our feet – all we do is roll our feet over them. And as an added bonus, it can be done while multitasking (such as while on the phone, reading a book, or writing the bills).
Your feet deserve some love, and there is plenty of love in tennis (if the scoring is any indication).
