Q. My sister is sending me a package express mail from toronto ontario to edmonton alberta...how long does it take for the package to arrive? she is sending it around 5pm toronto time.

A. I've had parcels from the States with normal air delivery via Heathrow or Manchester in three days, but four days is normal. Express Mail might do it in two. if you're lucky ...might. I sometimes get an email from the supplier or carrier with a tracking code so I can see where the stuff is. Not bad...nice when you know the postie is calling with it in the morning so you don't go out at the wrong time and then have to collect the parcel from the postal depot later or phone them for a re-delivery. Good old internet,,,

Q. I reformatted my computer and I want to look back at old emails I read but now that I have outlook express back up I don't see any of my old messages. The mails were all sent to a dedicated server of mine but I don't know where to look.

Most e-mail clients like Outlook Express for example, download the e-mails and delete them off of the server to free up space. These e-mails are then stored on the hard drive of your computer. You can save them to a disk or back them up. If you didn't do that, and reformatted your drive, you definately lost the e-mails downloaded to your hard drive.
